What Party Was Jesus Again?

Here's a little reality check for Christians bemoaning Barack's victory...

Just because the church voted for John McCain doesnt mean he was God's choice...

The church can be misled--the Bible warned us to be wary of false prophets...so many claimed that John McCain was God's chosen servant... a warrior for the cause...

...but he lost--not by a little...

by over 100 electoral votes

Don't insult God and claim that Christianity has lost--that God didn't want Barack to win

Saying this is implying that God didn't have control over this election; basically that God was outsmarted by Barack somehow...

God has made his choice--he may not be a righteous choice by the Christian stand point, but God uses everyone...not just church-goers.

What makes the church mad is the fact that the church doesn't have the power to control the people of America for once...they've lost the game of politics and what's truly sad is that they weren't even supposed to be playing it at all. The church should be less concerned with the cogs of the political machine and be more concerned with the community. This election has isolated the church...most people now view Christians as intolerant myth believers, using religion and ignorance to persecute sinners via political action--all because we stuck our head where it was never supposed to be...

What remains to be seen is whether or not Barack is an agent of God's good or an agent of God's wrath...

...Im pretty sure the Bible warned us that we weren't people of this world... but then again...God's followers never have been good at listening...
